Pehuenche follows up his recent live rendition of ‘Por Ella’ with a brand new version of ‘La Flor En Tu Puerta’ recorded and filmed in collaboration with Miuseeker and out on Nacional Records. Originally released on Pehuenche’s debut album Vida Ventura this delicate ballad is brought back to life through this beautiful rendition which sees Pehuenche performing the song live at Casa Lucerna, a historic house in Colonia Juárez Mexico City. He is joined on drums by Vida Ventura’s producer, Uriel Herrera (Natalia Lafourcade), on strings by Hortencia Fuentes, Leonellys Sánchez, Marijose Ruiz and Nadia Cano who are arranged by Roberto Verástegui (Silvana Estrada) and again by collaborator and Cuban trumpeter Alfredo Pino. This incredible combination of musicians provides for an exquisitely emotive listen. La Flor En Tu Puerta, is the second of a three track EP of songs taken from ‘Vida Ventura’ and reinterpreted as part of this same live session.
